Lost Scrolls of Wisdom - Part V

Recently explorers returned to the main land with a sack full of strange and mysterious scrolls. This little loot was found hidden within the Smugglers' cave. These scrolls are belived to be the Lost Scrolls of Wisdom stolen from the ancient sorcerer who resided deep within the Gravedigger's cottage. Legend has it that the sorcerer was translating the runes on the scrolls to discover the secrets it reavealed about The Land.

The first four scrolls that were removed from the sack intact have been successfully translated but can you read the runes on this fifth one and reveal its secret?
