I just wanted to say what a good idea sorc wars are.

I love them, and the wizzes that let us have impromptu sorcerizings when we ask for them :-)

Sorc wars are a great way to learn inter-persona combat (quite different from fighting mobiles I think you'll agree) without risking your favorite sorc/necro/whatever. A necessary survival skill or a right old laugh, depending on your point of view, learning how to look after yourself is one of the best skills you can acquire in MUD. One day I might be able to take my high-lives out and have a decent set without being hacked to pieces by "someone" in the first ten minutes...

So lets have more and more sorc wars also how about team sorc wars, wizzes v. mortals that sort of thing? They're great fun.
